Please phone 305-271-0372 and obtain your “Return Authorization Number” within 10 days of receipt of your purchase or refund cannot be made (sorry, no returns or cancellations on custom work, any item ordered to size, white gold, “Special Pricing” Items, or "Sales Promotions" or items NOT in stock at time of placing Order).
